Abbaye du Mont St-Michel - A collection of towering buildings with unique architectural styles. Of particular interest is the Abbey featuring a slender spire of a gilded copper statue of Michael the Archangel slaying a dragon.

Cathédrale de Notre Dame de Paris - A French Gothic masterpiece built on a site occupied by earlier churches.

Château de Versailles - The most famous chateau in Europe, which witnessed one of the most important treaties in the history of the modern Western world.

Eiffel Tower - The Eiffel, built for the 1889 Exposition Universelle to mark the centenary of the French Revolution, had its share of anti-reformism attacks. It was almost demolished in 1909; however, it served as a good platform for transmitting antennas, an advantage that made the anti-reformists change their mind.

Musée National Message Biblique Marc-Chagall - The largest public collection of art works by the Russian painter Marc Chagall is displayed in this museum.
